These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the fa998 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the fa998 website, mobile platform, or any associated service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Member" — any person who has created a registered account at fa998.
• "Balance" — the actual amount of money deposited in a Member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — additional funds granted under a promotional offer, which must meet specific conditions before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — all gaming, sports betting, and live casino services provided through fa998.

2.1 Age Requirement

To join the fa998 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. fa998 may request documents to verify age at any time. If a Member is found to have created an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. If a name, phone number, or payment details are found to be false, withdrawal processing may be suspended or cancelled. Any changes to registered information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact fa998 support immediately.

3.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for every method.
• Withdrawal requests must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Payments in a third party's name are not accepted — the payment account must belong to the registered Member.
• fa998 reserves the right to hold any unusual or suspicious transaction pending verification.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• To withdraw from a Bonus Balance, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full.
• Large withdrawals may be temporarily held if account verification has not been completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Detailed Terms

• The bonus applies only to a new Member's first deposit.
• The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• If a Member requests a withdrawal after claiming the bonus but before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each promotion has a specific validity period — if the bonus is not used within the set time, it will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, fa998 reserves the right to cancel the bonus on the relevant account and suspend the account.
• fa998 reserves the right to investigate and cancel bonuses where claims are made from multiple accounts, the same device, or the same network.
• fa998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time.

fa998's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Progression to a higher tier depends on active participation on the platform. VIP cashback is generally credited to the account on a set day each week. A separate wagering requirement may apply to cashback — contact the support team for details.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games at fa998 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is not controlled by any party.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is disrupted or an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, fa998 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the relevant bet. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa998 platform:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Accessing or using another Member's account.
• Abusing bonuses or following bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting any form of fraud, manipulation, or money laundering.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, all bets will be settled according to the specific rules. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be considered void and the funds will be refunded. Placing bets on opposing sides in the same match ("Martingale" or "hedging") may be considered suspicious activity.

fa998 believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a cause of financial problems. We therefore take responsible gaming very seriously.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• If needed, a Member can request that their own account be temporarily or permanently closed.

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Abuse of a bonus or promotion is detected.

9.2 Account Closure at Member's Request

Any Member may close their own account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so. Any existing balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance for which the wagering requirement has not been completed will be forfeited.

Even if any section of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining sections will continue to be fully effective. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Member and fa998 and replace any previous agreements or understandings.
